Carbon Steel

Technical Features of Carbon Steel
These are the steels that don’t contain alloy elements, only containing a small amount of elements such as manganese, silicium, sulphur or p Because their chemical composition contains a really small amount of elements, their features are controlled by carbon. While the increase of the c content decreases ductility and satiety, it increases the yield-tensile strength and hardenability. Carbon steels with low carbon content are more def than carbon steels with higher carbon content.
